Proposed plans for the Bunk/Bath House

We are excited to move on to the second stage of our dream for the Dream Center of Pine Ridge.  With the hundreds of people that we host throughout the year, we are in great need for a house to hold our volunteers and to provide sufficient bathrooms.

Currently, we will host anywhere from 60-80 people.  There are two showers for all of these volunteers and they sleep on donated mats or haul their own bedding.

The Bunk and Bath House will provide for these needs so that our volunteers can be freed up to minister and serve.

The house will contain two rooms of 24 bunk beds each and will sleep 48 volunteers.  It will also contain two bathroom areas each with three showers, three sinks and two commodes.  What a huge improvement from one shower and one toilet! (And maybe a Port-a-Potty, if you are lucky.)

Our goal is to complete the Bunk and Bath House in 2011.

• 28 bunk beds have been donated from Indian Ministries of North America.  Thank You!
• Breakdown of other needs:
  • $85 – One mattress (Need 48)
  • $175 – One Bunk Bed Frame (Need 20)
  • Any Amount – General building materials
